我公司專門(mén)考慮抑塵風(fēng)機(jī)的特殊工況而開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的電動(dòng)機(jī)，中心高從H132～H250，功率從5.5kW~75kW，絕緣等級(jí)為F級(jí)，額定時(shí)溫升按B級(jí)考核。同轉(zhuǎn)速同功率情況下比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系列電機(jī)小一個(gè)機(jī)座號(hào)，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。
● 本系列電動(dòng)機(jī)根據(jù)工況要求特別是適用于低溫環(huán)境下，采用特殊的軸承配置，確保軸承能長(zhǎng)期正常工作。另外考慮電機(jī)的電纜直接和壓縮機(jī)的電控箱連接，可以為客戶做加長(zhǎng)引出線的配置，采用電纜護(hù)套管保護(hù)，兩端帶有管螺套。本系列電機(jī)具有高效、節(jié)能等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，性能穩(wěn)定，適用于抑塵、霧炮風(fēng)機(jī)長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)工作。
● 本系列電動(dòng)機(jī)性能和安裝尺寸符合IEC60034標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、DIN42673標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和GB755標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及有關(guān)專業(yè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。且公司已多次通過(guò)ISO9001國(guó)際質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證。從訂單、開(kāi)發(fā)、制造、檢驗(yàn)、銷(xiāo)售、服務(wù)全過(guò)程按照ISO9001質(zhì)量體系的要求進(jìn)行控制。
● 本系列電動(dòng)機(jī)供電電源為三相工頻50Hz（或根據(jù)需要設(shè)計(jì)為變頻電動(dòng)機(jī)）；電源電壓等級(jí)為380V，也可根據(jù)客戶需要設(shè)計(jì)為400V、500V、550V等。
● 本系列工作環(huán)境：溫度環(huán)境-40~45℃，海拔不超過(guò)1000m，特殊環(huán)境條 件請(qǐng)用戶在訂貨時(shí)注明。
● 本系列電動(dòng)機(jī)采用國(guó)際通用的防護(hù)等級(jí)IP54或IP55。
● 本系列電動(dòng)機(jī)工作方式為連續(xù)工作制（S1）。
